Language Arts/Phonological Awareness

This month we focused out learning on the -0t & -op word families. We've been reading some new books and learning how to read, write and pronounce all the new words we encounter. In particular, we've been working on writing our letters more smoothly. The students are making progress every day!

Learning centers

This month we've been doing a lot of shape work. We've been tracing shapes, building shapes out of blocks and doing some shape puzzle activities.

Special events

This month we had two special events; sports day and Halloween. Both events gave students, teachers and parents a chance to enjoy some funs and creative challenges. Everyone worked very hard to make both events super special and exciting. We are already looking forward to our next big event!
